By accessing or using Quiz.Video ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Quiz.Video provides a platform for creating, editing, and sharing quiz videos for social media platforms. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, video rendering, and various tools for content creation.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly update your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Create or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Engage in spam or unauthorized advertising
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
5. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Quiz.Video a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quiz.Video and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Subscription Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Quiz.Video to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
Quiz.Video offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment only. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription charge.
- You have not previously received a refund, credit, or chargeback from Quiz.Video.
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
- You have not downloaded or commercially used more than 5 (five) watermark-free video exports during the guarantee period.
- You submit the request by emailing our support team at the address listed on our website, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.
Refunds under the 30-day guarantee are issued at Quiz.Video's sole discretion. Quiz.Video reserves the right to deny refund requests that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with good-faith use of the Service — including but not limited to repeated sign-ups to exploit the guarantee, bulk content generation intended for resale, or chargebacks filed in parallel with a refund request. The guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of your first-ever paid subscription and does not apply to renewals, resubscriptions, plan changes, or any promotional or discounted subscriptions.
Outside the 30-day money-back guarantee period described above, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused portions of your subscription, and any renewal charges. Additional refunds beyond the guarantee may be granted at Quiz.Video's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, or where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Quiz.Video does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz.Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quiz.Video and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
